How To Access Batch
You can access the Batch service under your dashboard which is made available when you create a free account - no subscriptions required! Pricing changes according to your Clearbit plan. If you are a self-serve customer, the price per row is $0.30 USD, and we round to $5 increments. We do not give discounts on larger Batches. You can always consider the Enrichment API as an alternative, where larger volumes are discounted on your monthly or annual subscription.
Where to Find Batch Results
You can find an example response here. All the attributes we return normally from our API are present in the CSV as columns. Data from the original CSV you uploaded won't be present, but rows will be returned in the same order.
What Should I Do If Batches Get Stuck?
Batches can take longer than usual if the input data is in the range of tens or hundreds of thousands of rows. If your batch gets stuck processing for more than 15-30 minutes, then please reach out to support@clearbit.com and we will check on the Batch to make sure nothing is blocking it.
Create a CSV File to Use for Batch
Lists uploaded to Batch Enrichment should be in the CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, with a '.csv' extension. You should have at least one column containing either emails or company website domains. For best practices, you can remove the descriptive column headers in your file.
You can generate a CSV from any modern spreadsheeting application. We've put together a guide for those of you using Excel.
