Batch Enrichment FAQ
Our Batch Enrichment service lets you upload a list of emails or domains and download an enriched list of people or companies respectively. You can read more about pricing and how to use Batch here.
Is there a limit on how many records I can enrich in Batch?
No there isn't. However, if you are going to process a Batch larger than 100k records, give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you process it faster!
Can I use my Enrichment API credits with Batch?
Unfortunately not. The Enrichment API and Batch are two separate products, meaning it's not possible to use your monthly Enrichment allotment with Batch.
Can I use Batch with other APIs, such as Prospector?
Batch works only with Enrichment.
What information do I need to give in order to get data from Batch?
You will need to input an email address for person attributes, and a domain for company attributes. While we have considered the possibility of allowing additional inputs, we currently only return data from an email or domain.
Do you give discounts on larger Batches?
No we don't, the price is $0.10 per line, rounded to $5 increments. You can always consider the Enrichment API as an alternative, where larger volumes are discounted on your monthly or annual subscription.
How long does it take for the Batch file to process?
It shouldn't take more than a few minutes. If the file isn't done after 15 minutes, send an email to email@example.com and we will check on the Batch to make sure nothing is blocking it.
Do you have an example of what is returned?
You can find an example response here. All the attributes we return normally from our API are present in the CSV as columns. Data from the original CSV you uploaded won't be present, but rows will be returned in the same order.
