How do I flag incorrect or missing data in Salesforce?

To flag incorrect or missing data in Salesforce, head over to the Clearbit widget in the object record that needs to be corrected, and click on the flag icon in the top right corner.


Our Quality Assurance team will then manually check the record for the following data points:

  • Company Name
  • Company Legal Name
  • Number of Employees
  • Headquarter Address
  • Company LinkedIn Page

You can expect a turn-around of 24 hours for the data to be corrected in our database.

If you're using Clearbit data outside of the Enrichment widget, the corrected data won't automatically be updated on the object record. To make sure all records are up-to-date with current information, turn on Clearbit Refresh and reference from the custom Clearbit object.
