How to Read the Usage Charts on the Clearbit Homepage
Last Updated: 10/22/2023
We're excited to share the updates we've made to the charts in the platform homepage. Here's a breakdown of how to read the usage chart:
New Companies and New People Charts:
'New companies' displays the number of new companies visiting your website. These could be companies directly visiting your site or those imported from sources like SFDC or CSV. This data comes from the Clearbit Tag.
'New people' displays the number of new people visiting your website. These could either be direct visitors detected through Identify Calls or those imported from sources like SFDC or CSV. This data comes from the Identify Call.
Website Visitors, Companies & People Enriched in your CRM
'Visitors to your website' displays the unique number of visitors accessing your site.
'Companies enriched in your CRM' displays the unique number of companies enriched in your CRM when synced to Clearbit
'People enriched in your CRM' similarly displays the unique number of people enriched in your CRM when synced with Clearbit
Updating the Time Frame
When updating the time frame, you may notice the number change slightly, but the chart changes drastically. This is because the number only counts unique records, while the chart shows all enrichments. Clearbit may have sent updated data to your existing records, but only new people or companies added will change the unique number.
