Having issues with your Connect extension? There are a few things to troubleshoot:
1. Have you properly authorized Clearbit in Connect? To check click on the Clearbit icon in your email and account settings. It should prompt you to finish the set up if you haven't already done so.
2. Is your Chrome updated to the most recent version?
3. Have you enabled cookies?
4. Is your Adblocker interfering?
5. Are other extensions blocking the Clearbit extension? (This is solved by disabling through process of elimination in your Chrome settings.)
Please note: If the data enrichment part of Connect is not showing data, it is most likely because we do not have that specific email address available in our database.
If you continue to still have issues with the extension, you can provide a screenshot of where you are running into the problem, as well as open the Inspect Console (Click View> Developers> Developer Tools) and include any of the errors that may be displayed there as well in an email to email@example.com.
