- Clearbit Forms - Integrate Clearbit Forms and Chili Piper to reduce the number of fields you ask a prospect to fill out. For example, all the forms on our site and landing pages use Clearbit Forms. Instead of presenting visitors with 6 form fields they have to fill out, we only have use 2. Clearbit recognizes the company from their email address, and enriches the rest of the information we need into hidden fields that get submitted to our CRM once someone submits the form. If Clearbit doesn’t recognize their company from the email address, then it will show those additional fields.
- Clearbit Enrichment - Enrich leads that come in through Chili Piper with Clearbit Enrichment. To once again share our use case, once a lead comes through inbound or we import a lead for our outbound sales team to prospect, Clearbit enriches the company and contact so we have a robust background on both that helps our sales team be more effective. We also use Clearbit Enrichment to maintain a clean Salesforce instance among our Lead, Contact, and Account Data. This helps give us more context around the personas and accounts we are selling into to further improve our focus on good fit accounts.
