Legacy: Where Can I Find My Pardot Business Unit ID?

🔍 Please note: this article is for customers on Standard Bundle, Enrichment, or Clearbit Platform plans. If you signed up in 2024, you are on a Sales Intelligence for HubSpot plan: Free, Growth, or Business. 

Clearbit's integration with Pardot requires having a Plus, Advanced, or Premium Pardot edition that includes API access. The starting Growth plan is not compatible with Clearbit.

When authenticating with Pardot, you must enter your Business Unit ID. To retrieve your Business Unit ID:

  1. Log in to Salesforce. You must use the same account used for Pardot.
  2. In the top right, click the Settings icon. Then, click Open advanced settings.
  3. In the left sidebar menu, click Pardot to expand. Then, click Pardot Account Setup.
  4. In the right panel, review the Pardot Business Unit Name and Business Unit ID. If you have multiple Pardot business units, use the Business Unit ID of the one you want to connect with Clearbit.
