Troubleshoot Clearbit Forms for HubSpot

This article offers troubleshooting steps if you see are unexpectedly receiving a "Please complete this required field" message, as in the screenshot below:
Some of Clearbit's attributes only accept and return standardized values. You can find a list of our standardized values in this file. Please ensure that if you are utilizing a dropdown in a field, they match Clearbit's values exactly; otherwise, a "Please complete this required field" error will be thrown. For example, for our Employee Range attribute, we return: 1-10, 11-50, 51-250, etc. If your form contains an Employee Range field with a dropdown of options that includes 1-20, 21-50, etc, an error would be thrown.
