Add users to your Clearbit account
Last Updated: January 12, 2024
There are two ways to add users to your account, depending on when it was created:
- If you signed up in 2024, you can add users to Clearbit through your HubSpot account.
- If you signed up before 2024, you can add users from your Clearbit team.
Add users to your Clearbit via HubSpot account (signed up after 2024)
Before adding users to Clearbit through your HubSpot account, work with your HubSpot super admin to ensure new users have Edit access to Contacts in HubSpot. New users can have any Edit access (Contacts they own, Contacts their team owns, or All contacts).
To add users to your Clearbit by HubSpot account:
- Direct the new user to sign up for Clearbit.
- The new users should OAuth into Clearbit using their HubSpot credentials. During this process, they must select the correct HubSpot team.
- New users will be automatically added to the corresponding Clearbit team aligned with their HubSpot team.
Manage users on your Clearbit team (signed up before 2024)
📝 Please note: You can only invite someone to join your team if you are an admin on your team's Clearbit account.
