Last Updated: December 21, 2022
🔍 Please note: this article is for customers on Standard Bundle, Enrichment, or Clearbit Platform plans.
This article explains how to troubleshoot if you see a 404 error on a webpage embedded with a form.
The 404 error occurs when the page is not recognized by the Clearbit tag, which means the URL has not been added in the Allowed Sites section of the Forms configuration section. To add it:
- Log into Clearbit, click on the Integrations icon, and click Manage for whichever product you've integrated Clearbit with.
- Click Add domain to add to your Allowed sites.
📝 Please note: To find out more about Allowed sites, check out Getting Started with Clearbit Forms
