How to log in to Clearbit

Understand magic links
You can log in to Clearbit with your email address using the magic link authentication method. This method confirms your ownership of the registered email address you enter. This reduces common account attacks and provides a reliable account recovery and authentication method.
This login method enhances your app experience and prioritizes security, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Compared to logging in with an email and password, the magic links log-in method benefits you in the following ways:
- New SSO methods: Clearbit will be introducing new ways to log in securely and easily. This was the first step to supporting logging in through your HubSpot account.
- Enhanced Security: Magic links are more secure than traditional passwords. Magic links eliminate this risk of passwords being guessed or stolen because they are unique, time-sensitive, and can only be used by the email inbox owner.
- No More Forgotten Passwords: There’s no need to remember your password.
- Faster and Easier Access: You can securely log in with a few easy steps.
Log in to Clearbit
- Navigate to the Clearbit login page
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Send me a sign in link.
- Check your email inbox for a message titled: Your login request to Clearbit.
- Open the email and click Log in (the magic link). You'll be routed to another login page.
- Next to your account, click Sign in. If you are logging in to a non-HubSpot account, you will be automatically and securely logged in.
6. If you are logging into a HubSpot account, you will be routed to another login page. Click Sign in with HubSpot.
7. Log in to HubSpot if you haven't already or create a new account.
8. Select the radio button next to the HubSpot account you would like connected to Clearbit and click Choose account. You will be securely logged in.
If you connect a HubSpot account that is already connected to Clearbit through a different account, you will automatically be added to the existing Clearbit account. For example, if two people log in with the same HubSpot account, they will have a single Clearbit account.
Troubleshoot receiving your login email
- Check your Spam and Promotions folders. The email may have landed in one of these folders.
- Search your inbox for the sender: login@stytch.com.
- If you do not see the email within five minutes, please try again.
- If you use Outlook, please add login@stytch.com as a Safe Sender.
- Using a VPN? Consider turning off your VPN and trying again.
If you still can not locate the email, please reach out to support@clearbit.com.
Log in with a shared email
It’s strongly recommended that you use your personal work email (e.g. melinda@clearbit.com) to log in instead of a shared email (e.g. support@clearbit.com).
If you previously used a shared email, we recommend you or a colleague log in to Clearbit with the shared email and add an additional user. This won't affect your package, as Clearbit allows for unlimited seats.
Log in with SAML
Learn how Clearbit's SSO SAML authentication works. If you have multiple Clearbit accounts, please be sure each setup has unique SSO app login tiles.
Manage duplicate accounts
If you logged in with both methods in the past, you may have two Clearbit accounts.
To ensure you're signed in to the correct account:
- Log in to your Clearbit account.
- In the bottom left corner, click your name. Then, select the account you want to log in to.

Alternatively, in the top right, click Submit a request. When submitting your support request, please provide details and screenshots of the issue.
